Nature Connection and Ecotherapy

I am currently in my final year of a three year training in ecopsychology and nature-based practise - after which I will be qualified and accredited to offer a mix of nature-based therapeutic interventions. This year I am positioned to offer an initial series of sessions for case-study to gain my qualification and am seeking suitable participants for one-to-one and group ecotherapy and nature connection workshops.

If you are interested in supporting me with my case-study practise sessions, please leave your details using the form below, and I will be in touch with more information.

Safe Practice

Throughout this process I am supported to offer safe practice through professional and peer supervision. I also engage in personal therapy and on-going additional professional trainings to support my role as a facilitator and ecotherapist. I am DBS checked, fully insured and hold an outdoor first aid certificate. Where suitable or required I will be working with a trained co-facilitator. All sensitive information is handled with utmost respect and care for privacy.

I am dedicated to following leave-no-trace principles when out on the land, and always aim to leave a place better for being in it ie. by picking up litter and remain sensitive the needs of all nature within in space.
